September 24 – House Tour Explores Frank Lloyd Wright Connections

WHAT:          Historic Ithaca’s “Fallingwaters of Ithaca” tour

Tompkins County’s many waterfalls are famous – but what about its “Fallingwaters?” On Saturday, September 24, Historic Ithaca will present a self-guided driving tour of Ithaca-area homes with connections to Frank Lloyd Wright and his masterpiece, Fallingwater. The tour takes place from 10:00am to 1:00pm and starts at 2 Cornell Walk, a residence designed by one of Wright’s apprentices. Tickets are $25 and proceeds benefit the programs of Historic Ithaca. Advance registration is available atwww.historicithaca.org, and tickets may be purchased starting at 10:00am on the day of the event at 2 Cornell Walk.
