Join Extension Agriculture Educator Monika Roth on a walk through the Ithaca Community Gardens to learn about BUGS — friend and foe! Meet at the Garden located in Carpenter Park, off Third St. and Rt. 13- drive in towards the market from the Aldi store and turn left into Carpenter Park. The walk will start at 6:30 PM. The focus will be on identifying bugs that are present in gardens, but also on their life cycle and strategies for non-chemical pest control. Bring bugs and questions! Open to all community gardeners and the public is invited. FREE!
