Owners Matt and Lisa Belknap will give you the attention you need to get you ready for fitness, fun and speed.  This mom and pop duo have been running the shop for over ten years and have built up a good customer base.  Matt has been working on bikes for over 25 years.  He has raced bikes, canoes, skis and snowshoes, winning several races over the years.  Lisa, who has a degree in music from Ithaca College and over ten years of teaching experience, helps manage the business.  Both Matt and Lisa lead bicycle rides from the back of the shop every Wednesday and Thursday nights.  Together, Action Sports is a family business.
