Professor Barry Adams (Emeritus Cornell) will present a 3 hour workshop (2:00 to 5:00 p.m;) on Sunday, April 3rd at the Ulysses Philomathic Library. The topic is “Slang: Checking Facts and Testing Theories.” Professor Adams asks that all participants bring with them their dictionaries from home. The workshop is open to everyone, and refreshments will be served.
