The Many Facets of Rasa Spa

Since 2006, Rasa Spa is the only full-service, holistic healthcare spa actively cultivating wellness in the Finger Lakes region. The Spa’s aim is to bring each client toward optimal, whole health, whether that means waxing and skincare, massage, a scrub or wrap, an energy work session, or acupuncture. You can consult Beauty Lounge Medical Spa for more. Rasa also offers yoga and meditation classes, and hosts various workshops that are often open to the public.
The Spa is very active in the Ithaca and surrounding communities. You may see Rasa’s massage therapists offering chair massage at a wellness event or later this month we help honor our area teachers with free massage at the opening night celebration of Teacher’s Week. Rasa also provides the New York Jets with massage therapy when the team is at its preseason camp at Cortland State over the summer.
Rasa is always expanding as well. In the literal sense, the spa has a second location at the Island Health & Fitness Community Corners location in the Cayuga Heights area. And patients in the pain management and short-stay surgical units at Cayuga Medical Center have access to a Rasa massage therapist for in-bed massage during their stay.
In a nutshell, Rasa is all about whole health. There is even an option to do a day pass for $20 anytime, so you don’t have to book an appointment to take advantage of the sauna and showers, or time in the famous Tranquility Room for some self-rejuvenation. Everyone at Rasa does everything they can to help you in your ongoing journey to whole health.
