Attention: All Celtic Festival Friends

As you all know, putting on a festival such as ours takes a lot of behind the scenes activity and advance planning. The new venue last year – Dwyer Park – provided a wonderful backdrop to all of our hard work and it was a great success. A number of people approached us to say they would love to be a part of it all. So, we are putting out the word to join us in a membership drive meeting on Saturday, January 19 at the Red Dragon in Cortland from 2 – 5.

Folks who are interested might consider:

• Decorating the park pavilions
• Coordinating Entertainment
• Soliciting Venders
• Setting up the Athletic Field – pre and post
• Hanging up posters
• Working at the Entrance

Our monthly meetings are held at 6:00pm on the last Monday of each month at Clark CPA, PC in Homer on Rt. 281. Please spread the word to anyone you think may be interested.

David and Diane Van Epps and I will be on hand to answer questions and sign up as many folks as possible knowing that “many hands make light work”. Hope you can join us!!
