Greek Peak Hare Scramble

The track is ready and the Greek Peak race is on!
Greek Peak Mountain Resort will hold its second hare scramble cross country motorcycle and ATV race on Sunday, August 26th. This race is round #12 of theWNYOA hare scramble championship series. This series has riders from ages 4 to 75 and the riders come from several states including New York, New Jersey,Vermont and Ohio. All skills from beginner to professional. The track is 9 miles long for adult riders, 4.5 for youth and for the pee wee riders its 2 miles long.
Some of the top riders in the country including 2011 AMA Racing East Hare Scrambles national dirtbike rider champion, Kevin Kilmer will be racing. Kevin finished 1st in the 201-250cc A class in 2011 and is racing in the Double A class this year!
The gate fee is only $10 a person which includes free primitive camping. Gates open at 8am on Saturday, August 25th which gives everyone a chance to explore the outdoor adventure center at Greek Peak and the waterpark at Hope Lake Lodge!
