The Cortland Breakfast Rotary Club is proud to announce that Cortland City Police Chief Michael Catalano is the newest member of our group.
Chief Catalano was recommended for membership by Rotary Past-President Rita Wright. He is a lifelong resident of Cortland, and a graduate of Cortland High School, Tompkins Cortland Community College and SUNY Cortland. He has more than 31 years in law enforcement, working for both the County Sheriff’s Department and the City Police.
Michael has been happily married to his wife Marybeth for 29 years, and the couple have three adult children. When he is not on the job keeping Cortland residents safe, Michael enjoys to hunt, fish and make homemade wine.
