Déjà Vu is one of  Cortland’s newest stores and the merchandise side of the Global Heart Healing Center at 143 Main St. Cortland, NY. Inside, one will find many delightful healing gifts including a wide selection of sterling silver jewelry including rings, bracelets, earrings, chains, pendants and pins, many which are Celtic.

One will also find many healing stones, crystals, fossils and other interesting artifacts. There are also world market goods such as tapestries, incense and the most gorgeous smelling air freshener from the United Arab Emirates. There are so many unique and interesting treasures and treats for someone special or to nourish oneself.

Adding to the joy of discovering thoughtful treasures, personalized items have become a meaningful way to celebrate individuality and create lasting memories. Whether it’s a custom piece that sparks laughter or something that carries sentimental value, these gifts add a layer of intimacy that goes beyond the ordinary.

A thoughtfully designed my face t shirt, for instance, turns a simple garment into a playful keepsake, blending humor and personality in a way that makes the recipient feel truly seen. These kinds of unique expressions are perfect for birthdays, holidays, or just as a spontaneous gesture of love, reminding us that the best gifts are the ones that capture a personal connection and bring a smile each time they’re worn or remembered.

Not sure what to get that special someone? Feel free to purchase gift certificates for Déjà Vu, Global Heart Healing and Massage or Student Deli right on site. If you need some time to think about it, take a spin in the massage chairs (there are two, so bring a friend) while you make up your mind.

The store is open every Tues – Fri 12- 4:30, Saturdays 12-6, and by appointment if needed. If you have questions, please call 607-727-8100. Please follow us on Instagram at @dejavu_cortland and on Facebook @ Deja Vu.
