Upstate Rheumatology, a Division of Upstate Medical University is located at 10 James Street in the heart of Homer, New York. The office is conveniently located, has on-site free parking, and is easily accessible. The practice has assisted patients in getting their Rheumatology needs met without having to travel to a larger city like Syracuse. We have been well established in the area for over 8 years, and continue to be a valuable service in the Central New York Region.
