Willowbrook Manor is an independent living housing facility, federally funded with Rural Development. All of our units are one-bedroom apartments designed to meet the needs of the aging and the disabled. Rent is based on the applicant’s income, to qualify for an apartment, the individual must be at least 62 years of age or disabled, at any age.
