Summerhill Brewing, LLC recently celebrated 7 years of providing an exceptional line up of small batch craft ales. The small family-owned brewery opened in the fall of 2016 and has expanded from their first offerings of 6 beers to more than 12 adding seasonal and experimental brews regularly. New releases occur throughout the year and their much-anticipated Pumpkin Smash Brown Ale was recently released. Another seasonal favorite released in the spring is a spruce tip IPA made with the tips of new growth of their spruce trees.  The Town of Summerhill has a rich history and their flagship Millard’s American Ale is made from 100% NYS grown ingredients and named for 13th President Millard Fillmore who was born in Summerhill.

The Brewery also boasts a small kitchen which produces artisan pizzas and hot soft pretzels with house made beer cheese and a special maple DeJohn mustard. The Brewery was recently voted Finger Lakes Favorite Best Brewery and Best Brunch for 2023. House made dips are also a popular accompaniment to enjoy with a beverage.

Summerhill Brewing provides something for everyone. In addition to their fine brews, they also have a nice variety of locally produced wines, hard ciders and craft sodas along with other nonalcoholic options.

Events include music, trivia on Thursday, Sunday Funday drink specials, craft workshops, markets, outdoor seating, a scenic setting and much more.
