Bob and Ruthanne Stone purchased the Coal Yard Bar and Grill in 2018. With this purchase they wanted to also find a way to give back to the community. One way they do this is holding their Annual Motorcycle Ride to raise money for breast cancer research. The Carol Baldwin Fund was chosen because Ruthanne is a cancer survivor and knows firsthand about the Baldwin Foundation. The Baldwin Foundation not only funds research but helps individuals with care packages, financial support and emotional support.  

The Coal Yard’s Annual Ride has grown in the three short years and they hope this year will be the same.  Last year together the Coal Yard and the surrounding communities raised $10,000.  This is all made possible by the generous donations from local businesses and individuals.  

To see the support of both the young and the old from the volunteers to the people who attend this fantastic event is not only emotional but heartwarming.

Please help the Coal Yard on June 11th to reach their goal of $10,000 this year. You can ride your motorcycle, drive, or just attend the event. Many raffles to win and live entertainment.
