New location! 24 Main Street in Freeville is open 7 days per week- morning and evenings. Spin and open gym with cardio machines, free weights and equipment. Dryden location offering Les Mills and beachbody programs. Open 7 days per week – morning and evening classes. Kids day – pumpkin decorating, face painting, crafts and goodies. ReFit demo class on Nov. 10 (time TBD).
