The Next Jennaration

The Next Jennaration is located at 3111 N. Triphammer Rd in Lansing New York. The goal at The Next Jennaration is to provide top quality instruction to all our dancers in a positive and friendly atmosphere. Students will receive training in the fields of Ballet, Pointe, Tap, Jazz, Contemporary, Lyrical, Musical Theatre, Partnering, Hip Hop and Tumbling. The Next Jennaration offers classes for all ages, preschool to adult!
All classes are taught by highly qualified and trained instructors. Each student at The Next Jennaration receives plenty of individual instruction and attention. Care will be taken to make sure that corrections are given in a positive and constructive manner.
Both competitive and recreational students have much to gain through the study of dance. At The Next Jennaration an emphasis is placed on learning and developing a strong technical foundation, as well as developing a sense of creativity and stage presence. Students will gain self-confidence, flexibility, musicality and a sense of discipline while having fun all at the same time! Dance is a great form of physical fitness as well as artistic expression.
The Next Jennaration is a 3 time world championship winner in 2012,2014 and 2015. This past summer, The Next Jennaration Dance Company attended Starpower National Championships in Ocean City, Maryland and not only excelled in all age categories but won the ‘National Entertainment Award’.
The Next Jennaration dancers came home with several first place and high scoring trophies. All dances lead by Jenna Stickel, the studio’s owner, director and lead choreographer were awarded the highest score of 5 stars. The studio placed 10 dances in the competition’s final show at The Battle of the Stars. These 10 dances were also awarded Golden Tickets (automatic bids into the World Dance Championships) held later in 2016.
Jenna Stickel, won the ‘Choreographer of the Year 2016 Award’ at Nationals as well as two regional Choreography Awards. Several of The Next Jennaration soloists landed in the overall high scores for their solo performances out of over 100 senior solo entries.
