Boy Scouts of America Presents the Award of Merit

The Hiawatha District, Baden Powell Council, Boy Scouts of America presented its awards at a recent ceremony in Endicott, NY. The Award of Merit, the top District Award was presented to Colleen Horan of Binghamton. Coleen has served as Cubmaster in Pack 35, Town of Binghamton, as an advancement chairperson for Pack 5 in Binghamton and a committee member of Troop 110 in Johnson City. She is also active on the District and Council level advancement committees and has spearheaded the Cub Adventure weekend and other events in the Baden Powell Council.
