BrainFreeze Madness Ice Cream Shoppe and Hot Dog Shack

Are you ready for some ice cream!? BrainFreeze Madness Ice Cream Shoppe and Hot Dog Shack are opening on April 2nd for the season! Be sure to stop at BrainFreeze Madness for everyone’s favorite treat – ice cream! Located at 123 S. Main Street in Homer (next to Little Italy), BrainFreeze Madness opened in May of 2012 and last year BrainFreeze added the “Hot Dog Shack” adjacent to the BrainFreeze Madness Ice Cream Shoppe building and a covered pavilion behind the ice cream shoppe. The ice cream shoppe offers a convenient Drive-Thru window for all of the on-the-go-people, as well as outdoor seating in their pavilion and plenty of parking. BrainFreeze Madness Ice Cream Shoppe and the Hot Dog Shack is open daily from 11 AM seven days a week. The Hot Dog Shack menu offers hotdogs, Texas hots, snappy’s, pulled pork sandwiches, chicken spiedies, chips and new this year – hamburgers, french fries, onion rings, nachos and giant pretzels! Make your hotdog more scrumptious by adding on peppers, onions or sauerkraut! Yum!

Other items include low fat Greek yogurt, dole whip and BrainFreeze also offers “Ice Cream Cakes” upon request! Try a new “Very Berry Twist”! A refreshing black raspberry and strawberry twist! Plus they offer Turkey Hill soft serve ice cream, as well as Gifford’s Premium Hard ice cream in OVER 50 flavors! They also carry gluten free cones and a variety of no sugar added hard ice creams, which many people have been grateful for. The ice cream shoppe is walking distance from the village, and the only place where you can hop off Interstate 81, get some ice cream and get back on very quickly.
