Established in 1999, Long Point Winery was envisioned by owner Gary Barletta and his wife, Rosemary. After starting with only one wine, their Rose, Ciera – LPW now produces over 20 varieties of wine, from sweet whites to bold reds. Customer favorites are the Pinot Grigio, Rieslings, and Italian red wines, like Sangiovese and Barbera. Long Point Winery is well-known for its wide selection of dry, red wines, producing Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Petite Sirah, Zinfandel, Merlot and a unique red blend called Rubitage. LPW’s Merlot and Rubitage picked up silver medals at the Finger Lakes International Wine Competition as did their 2024 Orabella and 2023 Cab Franc. Amelia’s deli at Long Point offers gourmet sandwiches, salads and charcuterie boards and is open Fri-Sun 11-4 pm. Customers can also attend wine and food pairing events. Long Point Winery offers quantity discounts on purchases; 5% off 3-5 bottles purchased, 10% off 6-11 bottles and 15% off a case or more.
