Country Moose Grand Re-Opening

After a two year break, the Country Moose shop is coming back to the Richford Plaza, located at the corner of Routes 38 and 79!

The Country Moose closed in March of 2024 after the death of the owner, Geoff Potter. But, he loved the business and wanted it to succeed. His wife, Dawn, ran the shop and was the main proprietor, taking in consignments, sewing crafts, making alterations of dresses and other clothing items for customers, and was the one with knowledge of antiques. She knew Depression Glass, coins, collectibles, and a variety of other antiques and items of yesteryear.

Country Moose will be having their Grand Re-Opening on June 1st. There will be spaces on hand for those folks who have items to sell and need space to display them. Vendor space is available in various square footage. Or items could be brought in on consignment. Just call Dawn at the phone number provided in the ad and discuss your wants and needs. She will gladly help you accomplish your issue with a positive result.

The Country Moose has many craft items for sale, along with a square for dress and clothing alterations. All alterations require a couple of days to address, but have a 2-3 day turn-around for most items.

And also, if you have a special gift or item you’d like to have made for your loved one, but don’t have the knowledge or ability to complete it, stop and see Dawn or Tiffany to see if it can be accomplished and make someone happy.
