Budget Blinds is a locally owned and operated franchise by Dale and Debbie Betts. Our home and office are located in Marathon, NY. This location is perfect for our business and has grown substantially since May of 2008. We service a large area of cities, small rural villages, and our local rural neighbors. Our customer base includes homes, businesses, schools, hospitals, rental homes, and apartments. No job is too small or large. 

How it works: reach out to us and we set an appointment for our free in-home consultation, never a charge for our visit, even if it takes one or two times to get it right for you, our customers. Appointments can last up to 3 hours or only a few minutes if you know what your needs are. Many people look at our website to get ideas. It’s a good source. 

Once you have made your choice of window treatment and your windows have been accurately measured. We will provide you with our proposal while in your home. After you accept our proposal, you will be required to provide a deposit for your custom-made window treatments.  Your order is usually placed with one of many approved and vetted manufacturers to be assembled to meet your custom requirements. Our finished window treatments are shipped to our storage area at home. When all your products are received you are notified, they have arrived to set a day and time to come back to install. We do the installations also. It’s all part of our industry, leading No Questions Asked warranty. This is combined with the limited lifetime warranty. Your window treatments will provide you with many years of use.  

The Budget Blinds franchise model has been successful for over 30 Years and has grown substantially. Currently there are over 1000 franchises located in the US and Canada. Each territory is exclusive, and franchisees are prohibited from entering another territory they do not own unless they have received permission.   

The window treatments we provide are draperies, blinds, roller shades, plantation shutters, roman shades, cellular (honeycomb), exterior and interior solar roller shades.
