Do you love sports? We do too! Southern Tier Sports Corner has moved to Ithaca and expanded to a 4,000 sq ft location with a fresh assortment of sports apparel, memorabilia, and hobby cards. Founded five years ago by local upstate New Yorker, Grant Vennel, we’re thrilled to provide Ithaca and the surrounding communities with a one-stop-shop for sports fans! 

Our new shop has arrived just in time for the holidays with officially licensed jerseys, sweatshirts, hats, and more for all your favorite teams. All fans are welcome; we have many options for hometown teams like the Bills, Sabres, Mets, and Yankees, but also carry gear for out-of-state teams for that random Dallas or Kansas City fan on your gift list! From vintage to modern, we have you covered with the perfect gear to represent your team. 

Browse our walls and you’ll soon realize why many have referred to us as a local sports museum. Everywhere you look you’ll see autographed framed jerseys, balls, and photographs of the greatest players in sport. Do you think Michael Jordan is the GOAT? You’ll love our selection of MJ pieces! Miss the days of Jeter winning championships? Come reminisce as you view a host of specialty Yankee items. 

Lastly, we’re proud to offer an incredible selection of Hobby boxes for the card collector in your life. From Upper Deck, to Topps and Panini, we have premium boxes available for all major sports plus Pokemon, Magic the Gathering, Star Wars and more! Hoping to trade, buy, or sell? We do that! We’re always on the lookout for new graded cards or vintage treasures. We’ve also got you covered with card supplies, including penny sleeves, toploaders, Zion card cases, and Slabmags. 

We love connecting with new collectors too. Our Team has been in the hobby for decades and can help you understand the value of your collection. We offer PSA card grading services and will be hosting JSA at our shop on Nov. 13th for autograph authentication. Bring in your sports or non-sports memorabilia and receive documentation that your autographs are certified as real.
