A Lovin’ Cup is an organic gourmet coffee located in Cortland, New York. This boutique bakery utilizes no high fructose corn syrup and buys products that are completely NON GMO. The gluten free and vegan options are rotated every few days. There are 4 breakfast sandwich options as well as the items that are all baked on premise. Partnering with Ithaca Coffee Company, the menu offers a 100% ORGANIC line up of coffee. The most conscious brewing techniques are used as well as very traditional practices for preparation. All the syrups and items used to flavor the coffee are made from scratch. You will never find a genetically modified food item served at this location. The owner follows a strict discipline in regard to the serration of non-dairy, vegan and traditional items. They make specialty cakes and can sell them by the slice or take orders for pick up on full cakes and pies. They serve 4 breakfast options. Sausage egg and cheese with its sausage patty made from bulk country sausage. The ham and egg and cheese which offers a large slice from a country oven cooked ham and the facility has an avocado toast that can be served with both vegan and traditional egg based products. They have vegan sausage and a vegan egg and vegan cheese served on a toasted ciabatta that is dairy free and pesticide free. They have also added gluten free bagels and traditional bagels from the local bagel shop New York Bagel.  

Any fruit based sweets are derived from their pure bliss and freshness. Real lemon is used in the lemon Bundt cakes, real carrots in the carrot cake, real blueberries and strawberries follow in the same fashion.  There is a true passion for traditional baking and getting things right.  They serve specialty sodas and lemonade and orange juice.  Mixed in are seasonal beverages that are available while supplies last.
