As 2022 is coming to a close and you are looking for a supportive place to go and begin or continue your fitness journey consider CrossFit Cortland located at 165 Main St, Cortland. CrossFit Cortland has functional fitness for everyone at any level; whether you are just beginning your fitness journey or you have many years of experience. If you are looking for an individual experience or for your family. We service everyone from 4 years of age to 80. Coach-lead classes make sure that everyone is comfortable and safe as well as to offer encouragement and motivation to give everyone that extra push they might need to reach their goals.
CrossFit Cortland is a small business that believes in supporting the community and giving back. We have done several charity events such as the Joshua Francis Memorial Scholarship that provides scholarships to students at the Cortland High school. This event will be held January 8, 2023 at the gym and all are welcome. We have over the last year and half held charity events for the Clear Path Veterans, DAV of Cortland and the SPCA.
