Power Full Food is coming to Cortland to help make your life a bit easier!
Power Full Food is a Meal Prep delivery service based out of Ithaca NY, run by John and Tina Segreto. We understand the difficulty of balancing everyday life, and your health. Our goal is to take the stress out of meal prep and eating to allow you to reach your goals! Our model is simple: Place your order by building your meals on POWERFULLITHACA.COM, then we do the cooking, portioning, and packaging. Meals are delivered once a week right to your door! All meals are customizable, with a variety of protein and sides available, including keto and vegan options. Because everything is fully cooked, you simply heat and eat!
Delivery to the Cortland area is Monday evening between 4pm and 7pm. Orders are due by 11pm Friday night for delivery on Monday.
