I started taking photos with a professional camera back in 2014. It started out just as something to do, But! Then about a year into it, I found myself feeling a passion toward photography. I remember going out almost every day just to find the most interesting shots I could find. Since then, I started, Got Your Pics Photography page on Facebook, I had some business cards made up, as well as some shirts with a logo on the front and back. I have done different craft shows, small flea markets and holiday bazaars. I am currently displaying my photos around the Ithaca area at local businesses, banks, town halls and libraries.

Whether it’s portraits, events, or landscapes, each session has taught me something new about the art of photography. As I continue to grow, I’ve come to appreciate how valuable a personal guide can be in refining my skills.

A personal guide for photography can be especially helpful when exploring more specialized areas like Wildlife photography. Capturing the essence of wildlife requires a different approach—understanding animal behavior, timing, and often navigating unpredictable environments. With a guide, I’ve been able to learn techniques that allow me to get closer to nature while still maintaining respect for the animals and their habitats. This has enriched my work, helping me produce images that not only showcase the beauty of wildlife but also convey its importance and vulnerability.
