CFCU Community Credit Union recently opened its new, state-of-the- art Transformation Center and administrative offices in the Bank Tower building on the Ithaca Commons at 202 E. State St.
CFCU’s newest branch provides the same great services and knowledgeable friendly staff our members have come to expect. Additionally, the Transformation Center showcases emerging technologies for the community to explore and deliver feedback regarding their experiences.
CFCU welcomes all to stop in and test out palm readers for identity verification and interactive touch tables. This new branch also provides 24-hour access to virtual teller machines and a drive-up ATM. CFCU employees will teach members how to make the most out of their digital banking experience, such as depositing checks without ever having to leave the comfort of their own home. One of the most prominent buildings in downtown Ithaca, Bank Tower, has been home to many businesses over the years, before undergoing this complete renovation starting in 2018. The space is completely modern, yet the renovations maintain the building’s original splendor in accordance with historic preservation standards. Part of the renovation may include items like that trending marble sheet in order to add some appeal.
