You ask what is The Squeeze?

The Squeeze is a juicebar that sells smoothies, protein shakes, and fresh squeezed juices. Anyone who loves juices should have a peek here. We are the only juicebar in the area. The Squeeze is located at 37 Main Street, Cortland NY inside the Beach House Mall. Some say we are like a hidden gem in the town.

The idea of a juicebar came into play when my mom passed away in June 2017. I felt like I needed to do something where she would have been proud of me. Some people would have taken a lost like that and been in depress mode. I took that energy and leveled up. It makes me feel like I have a purpose in life. Since then I’ve had numerous young minds wanting to start up a business. It’s like I gave some people hope.

The Squeeze has a lot of options to choose from. We also are working on a vegan menu. Our top sellers are Monkey see Monkey do which is made with bananas, peanut butter, protein powder, almond milk or whole milk. Another good one is the purple rain made with pineapple juice, mixed berries, bananas and honey. Last but not least is our famous cheesecake smoothie made with cream cheese, Graham crackers, almond milk, and strawberries.

So far business has been doing well. We have been open for service since November 2017. One thing a lot of people value about our smoothies is that we use actual fruit to make our drinks.

We also branched off a bit and started selling food through TY’s Cuisine we have an amazing cook. We sell lunches Monday through Friday and soul food dinners on Thursday and Fridays. The dinner days we start at 6pm until its finish first come first serve.
