The Point Wine and Spirits was an idea born between two close friends while on a spring fishing trip in early 2018. Some friends and family thought that was an ambitious endeavor given that neither one of the partners had been in liquor or wine retail before.  

As the months went by, timing of life events seem to fall into place and the opportunity to begin planning opening their new store took shape. From the luck of being able to occupy the historic train station to naming the store from a beach in Bermuda, everything seem to have fallen in place.

After several false hopes for the liquor license approval, they finally opened at 3:30pm Tuesday February 5, 2019. They have been open 7 days a week ever since.

The store is truly a one stop shop for all your needs. Extensive spirits selection to include many tequila and Irish Whiskey brands, to NY State wines and Distillers. They will take custom orders and offer many different discounts. Weekly Friday tastings of wines and spirits occur from 4pm- 7pm. We are on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.

Customer service is their main focus. They pride themselves on stocking what you would like not what they want to stock.

Their store is a labor of love and you can feel that from the moment you walk in.
