What a little gem tucked away along Little York Lake? A Kaleidoscope of Quilts. Quilters delight when they enter the front door—“WOW, I never expected to see such a beautiful shop. It’s so nice and cozy here”.
Owner, Linda Pearson, is thrilled to share her love and passion for quilting with all “Quiltin’ Sistas” that cross the threshold.
With over 5,ooo bolts of fabrics (all 100% top quality cotton– some the newest on the market, some called “oldies but goodies) there’s bound to be fabric for every taste.
Along with Fabric, there’s notions and books. Linda is a certified Quilt in a Day instructor. She enjoys sharing Eleanor Burns’ style of quilting. Strip technique/rotary cutting rather than the traditional cutting each piece using templates and shears.
Recently, Linda was awarded a Honorable Mention for a lap quilt that was entered into the 2016 New York State Fair. Stop by and see the “Exploding Pineapple” While there, sign up for classes. A great way to learn and share the wonderful world of quilting.
