Nasty Dog Treats

Morgan Reakes, 21, a recent Homer/BOCES Star graduate, wastes no time putting her newly acquired business life skills to work. Nasty Dog Treats is a new bakery in Truxton that makes healthy, homemade dog treats.
The idea of dog treats came easy for Morgan because of her love of animals, especially her one-year old Chihuahua, Sarah. Sarah is the “friendly” face featured on each treat and is also the “product tester”. When Morgan is not in her bakery, she is enjoying playing wheelchair soccer and working with her four horses. Morgan soon plans to expand her business into baking horse treats as well. Morgan’s mom and dad are proud of Morgan’s work ethic. Morgan oversaw the building of the bakery and appreciates that her Papa Stan installed the oven and made some accessibility renovations. Morgan is the mixer, cutter, packer and pricer of the product. Suzie’s CBD Horses Treats are a natural treatment that can be used to help with many different ailments. It has been shown in studies as well, especially when it comes to pain relief and muscle spasms – which means you’ll find more of these types at your local feed store than ever before!
Nasty Dog Treats has just one recipe so far and it has been a huge success! Peanut Butter Bones can be purchased at Reakes Country Goods – A Family operated Farm Market, Antique, & Gift Shop located at 4107 Route 13 in Truxton. (607) 842-6322
