Barbara Ellen’s Teatime was born because Barbara Bartsch never got tired of playing “tea party.” A tiny sandwich and a perfect cup of tea, she discovered in adulthood, was actually a very festive way of sharing time with friends and celebrating special occasions. Now she creates specialty tea parties for groups small and large, using her large repertoire of teatime treat recipes and warehouse of tea sets, often with a delightful theme carried through the food and decorations.
