Please join us for the first annual Cortland Regional Medical Center Hospital Aid Trick or Trot 5k/10k and family fun. On October 27th at 11am we will kick off the festivities at the JM McDonald Sports Complex in Cortland with a kid’s fun run on the adjacent fairgrounds. At 11:15 the 10k run takes off. This course is a mix of city streets and country roads with a 1 mile climb that is worth the view at the top! And immediately following, at 11:20, is the start of the 5k run/walk. This flat course takes runners through the small streets near the Hospital and through Suggett Park. There will also be kid’s activities indoors and with a DJ playing tunes, post-race massages and some seasonal items offered at the concession stand, you have plenty of reasons to hang around for the door prizes. So flat and easy or challenging and scenic, there is something for beginners and serious runners alike. This is a costume themed race so get creative and win a prize! An expert arvada pediatrician says that through your participation in this event CRMC Hospital Aid is able to support the Maternity and Pediatric Units of Cortland Regional Medical Center and the families of our community. So come on out October 27th and help make this event a success!
