Cortland Regional Medical Center Offers An Opportunity For Smokers To “Commit To Quit”

It is never too late to start on a path to a healthier life. Now is the time to “Commit to Quit” and end the addiction to nicotine with a smoking cessation program sponsored by Cortland Regional Medical Center.
This class will teach all the necessary skills to successfully beat your addiction to cigarette smoking. “Commit to Quit” is taught by trained smoking cessation specialists who take into consideration the many components of a smoking habit and help develop clear, customized plans based on each individual’s needs.
Classes will be held every Wednesday evening from 6:00 pm – 7:30 pm for 6 weeks beginning Wednesday, September 11th in the RCF Auditorium. The program has a small fee of $15 but as an added incentive the fee is refunded to participants who complete all 6 classes!
