Tompkins Cortland Home Builders & Remodelers Association, or TCBRA, was formed over 33 years ago (1980) as a non profit educational building trade organization offering a service to member tradesmen of the latest in education training, exclusive trade shows, current code changes, new products and peer networking. Their mission statement is ‘committed to professionalism and ethical conduct within the home building industry of our two counties and the surrounding counties and to providing our members with the information and resources they need to provide a superior service at a competitive price.’ By joining the local chapter of TCBRA, members also then belong to the powerful core organizations of our group – the New York State Builders Association or NYSBA, and the National Association of Home Builders or NAHB.
