Sky’s the Limit…Everything is Possible with God!

Christian Assembly of God invites all children in grades 1st-6Th, to attend Vacation Bible School, Sunday, August 26Th- Thursday, August 30Th.  The main theme this year is to “TRUST GOD!”.  Registration each night is 6:00-6:30 pm.  A parent/guardian must register each child the 1st time they come this year.  After registering, and a photo taken each child will get to have a hot dog/roll and a drink.  If you would like to preregister you can email the church at supergrandma744@verizon.net and a registration form/forms will be sent to you to fill out and return.  There will be a big white church bus going to the neighborhoods to provide transportation for the children.  The driver will also have registration forms.

Please tell your neighbors, friends and relatives.  The children will be earning points to spend in the VBS store.   They get points for coming each night, inviting guests, Bible verse memorization and other ways also.  Thursday night the 30Th, we encourage the parents/guardians to join us to see and hear what the kids have learned.  The children will also be bringing in money for their Missions Project to buy mosquito nets to send to Maui, Africa which has the highest mortality rate for children in the world.  For every $6.00 the children bring in they will be able to buy a net to protect 2 children.

If anyone is interested in giving a donation to help us serve about 200 children, checks may be made out to Christian Assembly of God and in the memo write VBS.  It may be sent to Christian Assembly of God, 175 Port Watson St., Cortland, NY 13045.
