Upcoming Events at the Ulysses Philomathic Library

On Monday, April 23, from 3:30 until 4:15 pm, the Ulysses Philomathic Library will host Poetry in Motion. Create dances inspired by poetry in a special mini-class with Dr. Nancy Kane, director of dance at the Trumansburg Conservatory of Fine Arts. Open to all ages and no experience necessary. Bring your creativity and open your mind to a new approach to dance.
Every Wednesday evening in May, the Ulysses Philomathic Library will offer basic technology classes from 7-9 pm. The first class, Computers for Beginners, will be held on May 2. Attend a class on Microsoft Word on May 9 or May 30. Learn the best ways to Navigate the Internet on May 23, Please contact the library at 387-5623 to register as class size is limited.
On May 16, visit the Ulysses Philomathic Library to learn more about Downloading Library Books to your E-reader. Two drop-in sessions will be offered from 10-11 am and 2-3 pm. No registration necessary.
Little ones are invited to visit the library with their caregivers for Baby Storytime orPre-School Story Hour. Baby Storytime is held every Tuesday at 3:30 pm, and Pre-School Story Hour is held every Thursday at 10:30 am.
