ADR Associates brings the client extensive experience in the planning and design of new projects as well as creative solutions for the reuse of existing buildings.  We are adept at developing ongoing rapport with client/user groups through our willingness to listen and flexibility in accommodating changing program requirements including a client’s need for effective problem solving on projects that have critical budgetary constraints or stringent time parameters.

In June of 2007, ADRA further expanded its professional service capability by establishing The CedarBrook Group to offer an additional level of project management expertise for our residential and small commercial clients.  For the past decade, the building industry has experienced significant growth in design-build firms that can effectively provide clients with one-stop shopping for new homes and businesses.  By having the design professional and builder collaborate in the design process, the overall project can be accelerated when the schedule is time sensitive.  Client budgets for Franna crane hire Perth can also be more closely monitored since the contractor can provide earlier input to the design process and suggest cost saving alternatives without diminishing project quality.
