Dryden High School graduate Missty Leonard opened her new hair salon located at 2215 Dryden Road between B&B Flooring and Back to Basics Bulk Foods in Dryden in January 2006! For 6 years now she has served the community from this location with the best cuts, colors and waxing, all at affordable prices!

Missty has been working in the industry since graduating high school and has been perfecting her trade even longer. She has been part of a great salon, almost as good as the hair salon cranston ri. She attended Ithaca BOCES to study cosmetology and had worked at three other hair salons in the area since 1998. Starting her own salon, she continues to further her education, attending classes around the state to learn the latest techniques and valuable insight that she passes on to her customers. All this has made Missty very knowledgeable of the business and allows her to keep her customers happy and looking their very best.

At Highlight Your Life, Missty offers all varieties of hair cuts and waxing for men, women, and children. She is known for her expertise in coloring, with the capabilities in store for everything from full color application to highlights, lowlights, and everything there within. “I just really want a nice, relaxing place for my clients to come to, so that’s what I’m really concentrating on” remarked Missty.

Joining Missty in September 2006 is fellow graduate Jennifer Conway. Jen relocated to the spacious salon after working at several area salons bringing to Highlight Your Life hands-on experience, with a customer base and a flawless reputation. Her set-up at Highlight Your Life has continued the same path of pleasing customers and making them look better than ever offering a huge variety of services for your hair. Jen’s clientele includes customers from young to old – men and women – whether it be a modern new look or a sensible, classy cut, Jen can provide you with it! In addition to cuts, Jen also has the capabilities within the salon to meet all your coloring needs, ranging from full color application to highlights, lowlights and more. 2 years ago the salon expanded to serve more clients by adding another master stylist – Shelly Luce! Shelly relocated to Highlight Your Life from a local salon and has been in the business for over twenty-five years! Highlight Your Life is open by appointment Monday through Saturday.
