In case you didn’t know, Max Graphics has been providing printing, promotional products and signs to local businesses like yours since 1987. In January of this year founder John Fattaruso retired and the company was acquired by CHS and SUNY Cortland graduate Chris Sheppard.

As an experienced business owner Chris’ primary focus has always been customer satisfaction.

From 1993 through 2003 he founded, owned and operated a leading sign and graphics company in Charlotte, NC. Clients included Bank of America, Duke Power, Wachovia Bank, The Atlantic Coast Conference, the Charlotte Hornets (NBA), and many others…who all demanded first quality products and top notch customer service.

From 2003 through 2009 Chris was a top-producing commercial real estate broker with clients and properties located throughout North and South Carolina. Thanks to his focus on customer service & satisfaction he was able to close more than $30 million in sales and leasing transactions during that time.

Since acquiring Max Graphics in January of this year Chris has continued his focus on customer satisfaction. Part of that focus has included freshening up the front showroom with new paint and new carpets and rugs and old ones cleaned by carpet cleaning pittsburgh and adding new equipment such as a high-end Xerox color copier / printer, new computer design stations and a new vinyl cutting machine for the sign department.
