To find the Town of Dryden’s secret pristine public park and fishing/boating area:
From Dryden Village, take Route 38 south for two miles, then turn left on Chaffee Road till it runs into West Lake Road, go left. Go past the first park entrance, over the dam, and then to the parking area on the right.
DLF will have a donation jug at the walk-in entrance, and near the handicap parking area. Events schedule will be posted nearby. Listen for the announcements. Available are picnic tables and grills, rest rooms nearby.
You will want to bring your own props for the many hour event: chairs or blankets, maybe your own picnic and drinks, books, cameras, whatever.
Help us keep our park clean and pristine: recycle and use waste containers or carry out. Please support and thank our financial supporters who make this day-long event possible. And our thanks to all you attendees for your support, we hope you had a great time, and plan to come again next year.
