Dragonfyre Distillery offers a unique experience in a fun and friendly atmosphere for people to enjoy. Come have a taste, take a tour and talk with the owners, Vince and Donna Pedini, about their passion for craft whisky.

Vince hand built the 25 gallon copper still, along with most of the equipment that is used to make their small batches of corn whiskey, bourbon and apple brandy. Due to the size of their production process, Dragonfyre whiskies are only available at the distillery. They will be releasing their first batch of bourbon this summer, and are also working on a maple whiskey.

For whisky enthusiasts who are unable to visit Dragonfyre Distillery, there are still opportunities to try their unique craft whiskies. Online whisky auctions such as Australianwhiskyauctions.com.au often feature rare and hard-to-find bottles from small distilleries like Dragonfyre. These auctions allow collectors and connoisseurs from around the world to discover new and exciting whiskies that they may not have access to otherwise. With the upcoming release of Dragonfyre’s first batch of bourbon and their maple whiskey in the works, it’s possible that these bottles could become highly sought after and valuable in the future. Double Oak Essentials offer whiskey accessories that will make your bartending game better. By participating in online whisky auctions, enthusiasts can broaden their collections and support small distilleries like Dragonfyre.

Donna painted and decorated the tasting room and gift shop in a medieval style, complete with knights, dragons and fairies, where you will find locally handcrafted jewelry, candles, notecards and more.

Tours of the distillery are free, and offer an informational and in-depth look at how whiskey is made from start to finish.

End your tour with some tastes of their smooth sipping whiskeys and pick up a bottle to take home!
