Trying to find that one herb, spice or supplement that will just take away all those little problems that are hanging around this year but unable to put your finger on it? This has been a busy year at Beth’s Natural Way so I agree with you completly. One would think this is going to be a nit picking year. But the wonders of Kinesiology keep showing me over and over the same problem with people so the guess work is taken out of my hands. B – one is part of the B complex group and is called thiamin. This is the one supplement that the goverment made sure was put into all white breads and white floured products. Even they must know how important this one little supplement is. When the body starts getting low in thiamin, the symptoms are many. The body can start to lack in oxygen which may show up as headaches to body aches to digestive problems to dizziness to bloating and gasey to flu like symptoms. The body has to breathe properly. This does not mean just in and out at the lungs but all the way down to the muscles and there the exchange of gases occurs and hence the true breathing of the body. This system is called the krebs cycle. This system needs to have thiamin in order to work properly. One can start having problems multi-tasking. The muscles need to multi task in order to work together as one and without thiamin, they start getting confused and muscles start to have cramping problems and may even strain. You may find yourself having trouble rising from your knees. This reflexs to your outside world and you start to have problems multi tasking and become overwhelmed with the many projects that need doing and then irritaion shows up. Digestive problems start, low thyroid begins, constipation seeps in, lost of humour, feeling dead, low energy and then loud noises and bright lights begin to bother and you think something is happening to your eyes. And then to top it off, you feel you are eating bad cause all you can thing about is white bread and pasta. Wow, breathe…… You crave the white breads and pastas due to the thiamin that it has to offer but it does not even began to cover the need the body has goten into. So lets begin with the foods high in thiamin. Foods like whole grains, beans, and the strongest nuts and seeds. The nut and seed butters are wonderful for the body. The easiest to break down and get into the body the fastest is sunflower butter with no sugar added of course. And the price is within everyones budget. But do not think you can just take one teaspoon a week and be ok, you need to treat these foods as a medicine. That means three tablespoons a day for three weeks. If you drink almond milk, then treat it as a medicine and drink half a cup two times a day for three weeks. Dried or fresh papaya another easy source to find. Two pieces, two inches long once a day for three weeks. Herbs like alfalfa, catnip, red clover and cleavers make wonderful teas or taken in capsules. One quarter cup of alfalfa to four cups of water and gently boil for three minutes, steep for two hours, and drink half a cup three times a day for two weeks. Don’t you think it is time to get fortified and become stronger within yourself, come back to you?

Vibrantly,
Beth Hill of Beth’s Natural Way!
