Located conveniently off of I-81 in New York’s famous Snow Belt, Greek Peak has been in the service of making family memories for over 50 years. Greek Peak’s grooming and snowmaking are second to none and with our 32 trails of varied terrain, from treed glades and cruisers to super steeps, everyone in your family will be smiling all day long. Our terrain parks and quarter pipe invite the adventurous skiers and snowboarders, while our Progression Park is more suited for riders just starting out. Greek Peak has long been the choice for fun-seeking families who love to ski and ride.

If the slopes are not your style Greek Peak also offers a Cross Country Ski / Nordic Centerwhere you can enjoy the beautiful landscape on cross country skis or snowshoes. There is also a 9-lane Tubing Center where anyone can enjoy the thrills of downhill speed.

Mountain Services

If you’re interested in lessons, Greek Peak’s expert staff of over 200 professionals assure a comfortable learning environment and lessons set at your own pace and on the terrain that’s right for you. Greek Peak has a strong history of children’s lesson programs like the Junior Ski and Ride. We also offer ski and snowboard lessons for all abilities and ages. Our mountain has ample terrain suited to every skier and snowboarder.

Don’t own your own equipment? Greek Peak’s Rental Shop offers the latest in skis, snowboards, ski blades and high performance demos. The Mountain has a Children’s Care facility that your toddlers will love with its large play room, structured daily schedule, and more. And you’ll love the location convenient to the Ski and Ride School. Older kids out on the mountain will enjoy the A-Frame Youth Center. Our renovated Tuning and Repair Shop has been expanded and ready to service your needs, featuring all new Wintersteiger ski and snowboard tuning equipment.

Sundayis now Funday – full day lift tickets on Sundays for the remainder of the season are $49 Adults / $40 Juniors.

March 22. 1st Annual Memorial Giant Slalom. Come join the fun and represent your mountain! Registration 8am–10am at the Ski School ticket window. Race starts at 11am. Categories include men and women’s ski and snowboard: 12 and under, 13-18 years old, 19-50 years old and 51 & up. Cost: Race, food & lift ticket $50. Race & food $20. Food only $10. First 100 participants get a FREE t-shirt!

 

March 29. Greek Peak Blood Drive, 10am–3pm. Greek Peak Mountain Resort is holding its first ever Red Cross Blood Drive in the Corinthian Room, located next to the Taverna. A Vendor Fair is taking place in the Grand Lobby at the same time featuring local craftspeople. To schedule an appointment, call Bonnie Haines at 835-6300 and follow prompts to ext. 1220. March 30. Pond Skimming Contest. Registration 10am-12:30. Competition from 1pm-3pm.

July 18-19. Peak Fest at Greek Peak Mountain Resort promises a great day of music with some of the greatest hits of the ’60′s and 70′s in a beautiful setting. Dave Mason’s Traffic Jam headlines this outdoor music festival at Greek Peak on Saturday, July 19th. Joining the Rock and Roll Hall of Famer will be Legendary bands Pure Prairie League, FireFall, and Professor Louie and the Crowmatix. Upstate New York’s very own Todd Hobin Band will get things started. Friday, July 18th will be a special VIP event with a local band. Here’s what you’ll find at Peak Fest: upscale lodging, great food, local beer and wine, indoor waterpark, outdoor ropes course, zip lines, mountain coaster and more!
